Shipping and payment terms
If you want to order an item, you can place it in the shopping cart using the corresponding button. Now you can either continue the ordering process or add more items to the shopping cart. You can use the link on the top right"to the shopping cart"to see which items are in the shopping cart at any time. Here you can also delete items or order the shopping cart. Unfortunately, once the ordering process has been completed, nothing can be changed. If you would like to order more later, simply place a new order and do not pay for the old one. This then expires automatically or you can send us a short e-mail so that we can delete the order. The same applies to the payment method. If you later want to change the payment method, for example from credit card to cash payment, you can only do this by placing a new order.
The shipping costs are based on the quantity, the value, the weight and the recipient country of the ordered items. Therefore, these cannot be given as a lump sum, but are calculated individually. The shipping costs can of course be viewed in a summary before completing an order. To do this, please put all desired items in the shopping cart and fill in the personal data. Only then can the shipping costs be calculated and displayed.
Please note that the shipping costs are the total costs for shipping, i.e. not only the pure postage costs, but also the costs for packaging material and handling. In addition, we pay close attention to shipping that is as CO2 neutral as possible.
After payment, the goods will be shipped within a few working days with DHL (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of payment). If an item is not in stock, it may take some time. Should it take longer, we will of course inform you immediately and reserve the right to make partial deliveries. We always make sure that you receive your goods as quickly as possible and that you are happy with them.
The delivery takes place in a neutral envelope without reference to the content or sender! So there is nothing about fetish, gay or sk8erboy on the cover!
If the delivery does not arrive or there are other problems, please contact us using the contact form or the known channels.
Wrong deliveries/defective goods/exchanges/returns
Unfortunately, things don't always go smoothly, even if we always try. If you receive a delivery that does not contain the desired items, the delivery or goods are damaged, or there are other complaints, please send us a short e-mail using the contact form. Please contact us immediately after receipt of the goods, as we may not be able to consider late reports. You will then receive a replacement delivery promptly. As a rule, we will ask you to send back the goods complained about as proof.
In principle, an exchange of the goods or a return is possible, but only if the goods are in their original packaging and undamaged. Please contact us, you will then receive a return address. Be sure to note the sender and enclose a copy of the invoice so that we can assign the return correctly! You will then either receive a refund of the purchase price (excluding postage) or, depending on your wishes, a voucher for the corresponding amount for a future order from us.
In principle, we only accept payment in advance due to bad experiences in the past, ie the full payment must first be received by us before the shipment is sent. You can choose between the following payment options:
Credit card - the fastest and easiest way
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards. The credit card statement only shows the neutral name of our billing company. So nothing about gay or fetish. After entering and checking the data, the order is considered paid and can be sent immediately. A significant advantage over bank transfers and sending cash. If the payment does not work despite entering the correct data, we ask you to pay with another of the payment options offered. Sometimes cards, especially from abroad, are not accepted for inexplicable reasons.

Separate collection of old devices
Electrical and electronic equipment that has become waste is referred to as waste equipment. Owners of old devices must collect them separately from unsorted municipal waste. In particular, old devices do not belong in household waste, but in special collection and return systems.

As a rule, owners of old devices must separate old batteries and accumulators that are not enclosed by the old device from it before handing them over to a collection point. This does not apply if the old devices are handed over to public waste disposal authorities and are separated there from other old devices in order to prepare them for reuse.
Possibilities of returning old devices
Owners of old devices from private households can hand them in at the collection points of the public waste disposal authorities or at the collection points set up by manufacturers or distributors within the meaning of the ElektroG. Old devices often contain sensitive personal data. This applies in particular to information and telecommunications technology devices such as computers and smartphones. In your own interest, please note that each end user is responsible for deleting the data on the old devices to be disposed of.
Meaning of the crossed-out wheelie bin symbol
The symbol of a crossed-out garbage can, which is regularly shown on electrical and electronic devices, indicates that the device in question must be collected separately from unsorted municipal waste at the end of its service life.
